Barm-e Firouz Lake to Margoon Waterfall

This tour is operated in Fars Province. We will visit Barm-e Firouz Lake, the water of which is supplied from thawing the snow. After passing through Tang-e Morvarid, we will go down to Komehr in which we should pass some glaciers and low stone walls. There are lots of natural attractions like flowers, plants, springs and rocks in this region. We will also enjoy Margoon which is one of the most beautiful waterfalls in Middle East.

Itinerary

Day 1: At 6:30 am, drive from Shiraz to Sepidan and have breakfast there. Then we will go to Shekarak ski band by car (about 2 hours). The starting point of our route will be near the ski band which is 15km of Sepidan. So we will move form there at 9 am toward Barm-e Firouz Lake (about 3 hours steep climbing). After visiting the lake, we will go to Tang-e Morvarid to have lunch at its headwater. Then move toward Komehr to stay overnight at the camps of Labor Office in one kilometer of Komehr. (All the way along Tang-e Morvarid are sloping roads)

Day 2: At 7 am, Move from Komehr to Margoon waterfall (about 6 hours trekking). We will have lunch near Margoon waterfall and return to Shiraz after wandering about the area.
