Visa process agreement
1. I agree that I should choose my tour IT and accommodation with or without PTA�s consultation and travel according to what I have mentioned in my request after receiving the invitation letter. In the event that I was forced to change my IT due to certain unforeseen circumstances, I will inform PTA by the e-mail address of [email protected] .

Note:
1. PTA can reserve your chosen hotels without any extra charges. But it is not compulsory, you can choose and reserve your hotels at your own and just mention the names of the selected hotels in your IT.
2. I agree that when the visa is ready, I will settle the payment of the visa (30 Euro) and transfer to the PTA account and give the exact details of my arrival (time, date and place).
3. In the case I do not travel according to the itinerary I mentioned and do not consider the subjects of this contract, I myself am responsible of any problem and won�t settle any complaint against Pars Tourist Agency.
4. Finally, I confirm the correctness of all the information I mentioned in the itinerary form.

Important Notes:
1. Some countries have more than one Iranian consulate while others have none. Please specify the exact consulate in which you would like to pick up your visa. You may click on the link above to find a list of consulates.
2. We will take appropriate actions in order to extend your visa if it will expire during your visit, once you are in Iran.
3. We will do our best to secure your visa and take care of all the necessary details; however the final decision rests with the government of Iran therefore we cannot guarantee when and if a visa will be granted.
