Attention: For USA citizens it is obligatory to take a tour.

A. Choose your itinerary, accordingly submit the Visa application form and together with your passport scan send to us.

B. Your Visa application form will be checked and the confirmation will be sent to you within 48 hours. Afterwards you will be asked to remit EUR 30 to our European bank account. At the same time, if your application form is not complete, you will be asked to send some detailed information.

C. In 10 working days MFA will update us with your visa status:
If your request is rejected Go to (D) If your request is accepted Go to (E)

D. Your visa fee will not be refunded. (usually less than 5% of visa request may be rejected).

E. Foreign Ministry will fax your invitation letter to the consulate of Iran in your requested area and we will provide you with the reference number of your visa. You will call the Embassy of Iran to ascertain that your invitation letter has arrived. (If your invitation has arrived go to (G); If hasn't arrived go to (F))

F. You should inform us to send the invitation letter again.

G.

1. You will refer to the Iran Embassy with visa reference number in hand and receive your visa within 1 or 2 working days.
2. You may also post your documents to the embassy to receive your visa after one working week.
